When allowed, Bordivo stores a visitor id, page path, referrer, browser type and timestamp to improve the product.

Messages sent to support are used to answer product, account, route feedback or team pilot questions.

Cookies and analytics are separate from core login.
Necessary cookies keep account sessions secure. Analytics is optional and can be refused in the cookie banner. Marketing cookies are not used unless they are added later and explicitly allowed.
